Anouk Doore, former athlete and driving force behind PACE
Ski alpinist, ultra runner and a source of inspiration
Anouk is one of few Belgians who has practised ski mountaineering at the highest level. As the only Belgian woman, she finished in the top 5 of La Grande Course in 2018, the ranking of the toughest international ski mountaineering competitions.
Today she still spends much of her free time in sports gear, running through fields or climbing her way up a mountain.
Anouk’s mission?
To bring her love for outdoor sports and her passion for an energetic lifestyle to business. There’s nothing she loves more than inspiring people and nudging them into action by bringing people together and building bridges between processes, systems and colleagues, centring her work around sustainable transformations and long-term behaviour change.
Sustainability and change consultant
After completing her education in Applied Social and Cultural Studies and Economics, Anouk worked as a consultant and manager in small and large consulting companies for more than 10 years. She evolved from auditing to process, quality and organisation management, where she kept coming back to the conclusion that people are the driving force behind any transformation and that a sustainable approach is essential.
